A spring freeze here in the mountains.

Almost May and it will be below freezing. The kids are enjoying all the plant life coming inside for tonight.

Pictures of spring can't help but make you happy...potted plants everywhere, the smell of fresh dirt, and look at those thorns on my 1 yr. old hawthorn, ouch. Last but not least, what gardening does to the girl...she passes out. And I get a break from all her hound like activity.(sniff, sniff)

Ok, ok, so I haven't updated this page as often as I promised, but that is partially because I have attempted several times and couldn't remember the correct password. I remember the days when you could have one password for everything. Life was so much easier.

Time has flown by the last few weeks and a lot has happened. Seeds have been started in pots all over the house and yard, the grass has grown almost 3 feet, the hounds are digging for moles, and spring is definitely in the air.
